Registration Form (and list of Registered Players)

Any registration forms submitted from today (May10th) forward must include the late fee of $50.00.

Click the link to download a registration form. Registration forms may be dropped off at or mailed in to the Soo Pee Wee Arena office.  If the office is closed, drop the registration in the mail slot.

(Registrations are due by May 7, 2010.  Payments may be made up to June 30, 2010.  See page 2 of form for payment details.)

REGISTRATION FOR 2010/2011

The registration form for the 2010/2011 season is now available.  If you did not receive a form from your Director, please, print one off-line and send it in.  Please, contact the registrar if you would like any additional information.

BIRTH CERTIFICATES REQUIRED

If your child is new to the Soo Pee Wee Hockey League, you are required to provide a copy of his/her birth certificate.

LIST OF EQUIPMENT

The following is a list of equipment that is needed to play hockey:

skates

 skate guards - (optional so far)

shin pads

hockey socks

jock/jill

hockey pants

shoulder pads

elbow pads

hockey golves

helmet

neckguard

mouthguard

hockey stick

practice jersey - (older levels)

(Team jerseys will be loaned for use during the year.)

REGISTRATION FEES

The following is a list of the registration fees for the Soo Pee Wee Hockey League (2010/2011):

League

1. Tom Thumb players born in 2005 - $250

2. Tyke players born in 2004 - $350

3. Players born in 2000 to 2003 - $375

4 Players born in 1998 - 1999 - $475
